At STAG Iconic, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear process for returns and replacements for domestic orders.

Eligibility for Returns and Replacements:
  • Returns and replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, returns and replacements will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Replacement:

  2. Please provide your order number, product details, and photos of the damaged/defective items (if applicable) to help us process your request.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps for returning or replacing the item.
Return Process:
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Replacement Process:
  • If you request a replacement, the item will be sent to you free of charge once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition.
  • Replacement items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned product, depending on stock availability.
Refunds:
  • If a return is not eligible for a replacement or you prefer a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method once we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date the return is received.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:
  • Products that are used, worn, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns or replacements.
  • Sale or clearance items are also non-returnable.
