The Founding Legacy
STAG ICONIC was founded by Lala Arjan Das Kohli and has flourished through generations, further driven forward to a global platform by Mr. Rakesh Kohli. Today, under the stewardship of Pranav Kohli, Vinita Nagpal Kohli, and Tanuj Kohli, the brand continues to honor its commitment to integrity, innovation, and quality, providing top-tier sports equipment globally.

In 2022, with the birth of STAG ICONIC, currently led by a team of versatile leaders – Vinita Nagpal Kohli, Rakesh Kohli, and Monika Kohli – the brand has reached new heights with a renewed vision.
Rakesh Kohli, who is the reason for STAG’s manufacturing expertise and the brand's significant global impact today, collaborates with Monika Kohli, a motivational speaker who brings out the best from the workforce through her continuous interaction with them. On the other hand, Vinita Nagpal Kohli, with 12 years of expertise working across all departments at STAG ICONIC and her creative accolades, drives the organization in growing its global and digital reach.

Tanuj Kohli applies his sports science expertise, gained from pursuing a doctorate in Sports Psychology, to enhance sports equipment performance through key industry collaborations. Concurrently, Pranav Kohli is expanding Pickleball's global presence, especially in Asia, as CEO and co-founder of the Pickleball World Tour, with support from major investors like the Times Group. Their efforts are reshaping sports technology and competition on a global scale.
